Key Investment Criteria

Ownership: We invest in family and management team owned businesses where the existing management team intends to remain in place.
Industry: We are industry agnostic, but tend to focus on food and beverage, niche manufacturing, industrial services, value-added distribution, and infrastructure services.
EBITDA: $1M - $5M of normalized / proforma EBITDA (smaller for add-ons and restructuring).
Investment Horizon: We are a long-term partner with no set investment horizon.
Transaction Dynamics: We are majority equity investors and require voting control for all acquisitions.
